Enjoying Music Daily

When I was diagnosed with a serious anxiety disorder, my counselor recommended music therapy to help. She recommended listening to calming music in the morning before work, and even though I was skeptical, I decided to give it a try. The first day I started, I could tell an immediate improvement. My mood was a lot more relaxed, and I felt like I could handle more. After a full week, I was a believer. I can tell that music can actually change your mood, and I know that it has made my life a lot more enjoyable. Check out this blog for more information.
